Administrative Agent – Hotel Marketing & Communications

About the role

Join the Crowne Plaza and InterContinental team in Geneva as an Administrative Agent focused on brand and digital marketing. You will support the hotel’s luxury positioning by ensuring consistent brand communication and driving guest‑engaging campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate branding initiatives and guarantee advertising aligns with brand standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms.
• Design customer offers in line with the annual marketing calendar and oversee implementation phases.
• Boost hotel visibility through social media, digital channels, and curated content (articles, blogs, newsletters, visuals, videos).
• Manage website updates, OTA content, and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Assist with photo/video shoots and organize promotional events.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, paid media) and analyse ROI.
• Recommend corrective actions and optimise SEO (keywords, image optimisation).

Required profile

• Graduate from a Swiss hospitality management school with 1‑2 years experience in a similar role at a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel (200+ rooms).
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IHG group, Geneva market and Middle‑Eastern clientele.
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong observation, adaptability and proactive attitude.
