About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Administrative Assistant to join our Document Processor Team in Geneva. The role supports day‑to‑day office operations, accounting assistance, and client‑facing activities within a fast‑growing fintech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly office administration tasks.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for internal documents, supplier invoices and client files.
- Support accounting processes, including invoice tracking, expense reporting and preparation of client invoices.
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with external vendors.
- Handle reception duties such as welcoming clients, managing calls, e‑mail and correspondence.
- Provide general support to management and team members while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- HEG or CFC / Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business, Banking Sector or equivalent.
- 8‑10 years of administrative experience in a financial, banking, family‑office or fiduciary setting.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Swiss work authorization or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using AI‑based tools (considered an asset).
