About the role

The Reservation & Telecommunications Agent supports the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva by handling all inbound reservation calls and managing telecommunications related to bookings. The role requires thorough knowledge of the hotel’s product portfolio, current promotions and reservation procedures, ensuring each guest receives a courteous and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Apply reservation standards and procedures while organizing daily booking operations.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, rates and room availability.
• Handle high‑volume calls in a fast‑paced environment and manage stress effectively.
• Provide courteous, warm reception for every telephone interaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department on group bookings, update files, verify closed dates and follow specific instructions.
• Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism in all client and colleague interactions.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s products, special offers and reservation procedures.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong integrity and teamwork orientation.
