Android Software Engineer – Payments & Crypto Apps

About the role

We are looking for an Android Software Engineer to join our Banking Services team and help build modern Android applications for payments, cards and cryptocurrency services. You will create clean, scalable and maintainable mobile solutions using Kotlin, Coroutines, Flows and Jetpack Compose while following Clean Architecture principles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain Android applications using Clean Architecture and modern development practices.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, from requirements clarification through production follow‑up.
• Contribute to the evolution of existing mobile systems, improving scalability, reliability and maintainability.
• Build UI components with Jetpack Compose, ensuring performance, accessibility and a consistent user experience.
• Implement asynchronous logic with Kotlin Coroutines and Flows and write well‑tested code.
• Review code and technical proposals from peers, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders and designers.
• Support production releases and help maintain high app stability.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in Android development, preferably in Kotlin‑based projects.
• Ability to take ownership of features end‑to‑end and work effectively in cross‑functional agile teams.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Kotlin, including Coroutines and Flows.
• Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI toolkit.
• Clean Architecture and separation of concerns.
• Dependency injection frameworks such as Koin.
• Gradle build system.
• Automated testing (unit and end‑to‑end).
• Experience with MVVM/MVI patterns, Room, Retrofit, Firebase and Crashlytics (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools.
