About the role

Join a leading luxury river cruise line as a bilingual Cruise Manager, overseeing the guest experience across Europe. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, crew, and shore teams, ensuring every voyage runs smoothly and memorably.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the end‑to‑end onboard guest experience.
• Serve as the central liaison between guests, crew, and shore operations.
• Deliver engaging briefings, host events, and curate daily programming.
• Oversee and accompany excursions, guaranteeing high‑quality execution.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French (required).
• Strong background in hospitality, tourism, luxury service, or events.
• Confident communicator with refined interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Passion for travel, culture, and storytelling.
• EU residency and valid work authorization.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
