About the role
We are looking for a Flagship Boutique Director to lead our Geneva boutique, a premier location for luxury watch retail. The role combines strategic development, operational excellence and brand stewardship to drive growth and enhance the client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the sales strategy for the Geneva flagship, aligning with global objectives and brand vision.
- Identify market opportunities, analyse performance trends and manage budgets to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Lead high‑profile client events, brand activations and bespoke client‑eling initiatives for UHNW/HNW customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, increasing loyalty and average transaction value.
- Develop and coach a high‑performing, client‑centric team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee boutique operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, security and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and uphold brand values.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of luxury retail management experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role at a flagship or high‑value boutique.
- Proven track record of driving significant sales growth in high‑value segments.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and results‑oriented mindset.
- Emotionally intelligent leader capable of inspiring and developing high‑performing teams.
- Deep understanding of UHNW/HNW client expectations and luxury watch market.
