About the role

As Boutique Manager Luxury Travel & Destinations you will lead a new premium travel boutique in Andermatt, connecting guests and owners between Andermatt and El Gouna. You will combine sales expertise, high‑level hosting, and deep destination knowledge to build and run the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Run the boutique travel agency day‑to‑day, ensuring high service standards, strong team deployment and seasonal readiness.
• Own the travel sales pipeline from enquiry through consultation, proposal, booking and post‑travel relationship development.
• Establish clear sales and service routines, qualification standards, follow‑up expectations and regular pipeline reviews.
• Build referral partnerships with Andermatt hotels, concierge teams, destination partners and Orascom entities.
• Develop and market golf travel packages and other cross‑destination offers.
• Plan client events, cultural evenings and partner activations to raise brand visibility and generate new enquiries.
• Manage the operating budget, reviewing numbers regularly to optimise opening hours, staffing and product focus.

Required profile

• Degree or higher vocational qualification in tourism, hospitality, travel management, sales or business.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality or premium guest environments, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience in pipeline leadership, proposal management and booking coordination.
• Fluent in German and English; Arabic a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, events and travel as needed.
