About the role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to take ownership of the Food & Beverage operations at FORMS, overseeing the coffee shop, bar, and event catering. You will manage daily activities, guide a team, and shape the evolving F&B concept as FORMS Club expands.
Key responsibilities
- Run day‑to‑day operations of the coffee shop & bar, including service quality, menu design, food preparation, opening hours, ordering and stock management.
- Lead, schedule and develop the F&B team.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate F&B for private and public events, collaborating with the Events & Gastronomy lead.
- Help design the next phase of F&B offerings for FORMS Club, including member catering and extended service hours.
- Control costs and budgets for the F&B operation.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading F&B, hospitality or gastronomy operations.
- Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building and improving processes.
- Strong team leadership and organizational abilities.
- Fluent German and good working English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Freienbach area.
