Brand Activation Manager

About the role

The Brand Activation Manager will support the execution of Dickies’ brand strategy across Europe, focusing on activations, collaborations, PR, social media and community engagement. This role brings the brand to life through meaningful experiences, cultural initiatives and partnerships that enhance visibility and consumer connection.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of brand activations, events and community initiatives across Europe.
• Build and manage relationships with talents, creators, influencers, artists and PR partners, developing seeding and gifting initiatives.
• Support collaboration projects from concept through launch.
• Assist in planning and executing the social media strategy to amplify activations and partnerships.
• Monitor cultural trends, emerging communities and consumer behaviours to identify engagement opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, PR, Digital and Sales teams to integrate activations within broader brand and commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to B2B and B2C seasonal marketing plans, campaign activations and long‑term brand‑building initiatives across EMEA.

Required profile

• Previous experience in brand marketing, activations, PR, partnerships or cultural marketing.
• Strong understanding of fashion, workwear, streetwear, culture, music, art and contemporary communities.
• Well‑connected within creative, cultural or lifestyle ecosystems with the ability to build relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to transform ideas into impactful initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
