Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Dickies Europe’s digital strategy, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints while driving brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for Europe, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
• Lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms, balancing brand‑building and performance goals.
• Define and oversee CRM and email marketing strategy, managing segmentation, automation flows and loyalty initiatives.
• Drive e‑commerce growth through performance marketing, affiliate programs and conversion optimisation.
• Monitor and analyse performance of all digital channels, producing regular reporting and actionable insights.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with paid‑media, CRM and other digital partners, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Align digital initiatives with commercial goals and brand strategy, identifying new opportunities to strengthen the brand’s digital presence.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, CRM or performance‑marketing roles.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
• Experience with Shopify‑based e‑commerce environments.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, automation flows and retention strategies.
• Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, streetwear or culturally relevant consumer brands.
