Business Analyst – Client Onboarding (CRM & KYC)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Business Analyst to lead the design and implementation of client onboarding solutions within our CRM and KYC environment. The role will bridge business needs and IT delivery, ensuring seamless integration with the bank’s information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements, producing detailed functional specifications.
• Support Geneva‑based IT teams throughout development cycles and conduct FAT/integration testing.
• Coordinate user‑acceptance testing and provide level‑3 production support for incidents.
• Facilitate workshops, capture user personas and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on compliance, KYC and wealth‑management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience in web‑application design.
• Strong background in CRM, front‑office activities and onboarding/KYC processes.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, analyse data from multiple systems and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with senior leadership.
