Business Controller

About the role

The Business Controller will support the VP Finance Performance & Planning in delivering core FP&A responsibilities across the organization. The role combines strong financial planning, analytical expertise and a collaborative, business‑oriented mindset to provide actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the company planning cycle, including long‑range planning, annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting.
• Assist the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, delivering variance analysis, performance insights and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance the end‑to‑end cost allocation framework across product, functional and market levels.
• Partner with budget owners to ensure disciplined forecasting and cost management.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
• Build, maintain and communicate the financial plan to internal stakeholders.
• Implement and manage KPI reporting, establishing definitions and integrating them with the financial model.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor progress against strategic objectives and support finance automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning and analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and developing advanced financial models.
• Collaborative, business‑oriented mindset and ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
