Business Development Manager – AI Solutions for Life Sciences (Remote)

About the role

Acodis, a Swiss‑based AI software company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of its AI‑powered process automation solutions within global Life Science and Pharma organisations. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery calls to onboarding, helping quality and regulatory teams streamline document workflows and accelerate innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the Life Sciences sector.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including lead generation, pitching, proof‑of‑concepts, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and business cases that demonstrate ROI.
• Monitor sales metrics, contribute to pipeline forecasting and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Represent Acodis at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
• Provide market feedback to the product team to shape future enhancements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of business development or consulting experience in a B2B environment.
• Prior exposure to Life Science, Pharma or Biotech markets.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
