Business Development Representative – DACH Region

About the role

LumApps is seeking a Business Development Representative for the DACH region, based in Zurich. You will help promote our AI‑powered Employee Hub to prospective customers, using a mix of outreach channels to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email and social media to introduce LumApps.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the company’s CRM.
• Represent LumApps at virtual events and industry forums as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous for the DACH market.
