Chef de Rang – Fine Dining Service

About the role

Join the SACHI team at Mandarin Oriental Geneva as a Chef de Rang, delivering exceptional service in a luxury hotel setting. You will be the primary point of contact for guests in your section, ensuring a memorable dining experience from greeting to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain your service station according to hotel standards.
• Present menus, daily specials, and any special offers to guests.
• Serve dishes following Mandarin Oriental service protocols.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to any requests.
• Uphold the hospitality principles of a 5‑star hotel and adhere to the group’s ‘Our Commitments’.

Required profile

• Passion for service with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment is preferred.
• Team‑oriented mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Fluency in English and French; additional European language is a plus.
• Valid Swiss work permit or EU passport.
