Chief Commercial Officer, Europe – UHNW Client Acquisition

About the role

The organisation seeks a senior commercial leader to drive ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) client acquisition across Europe. This front‑line revenue role blends strategic influence with hands‑on business development, acting as the primary ambassador for a discreet luxury‑hospitality and premium‑medical brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, originate and convert new UHNW and traditional wealth opportunities through family offices, private banks, wealth managers and luxury intermediaries.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline, acting as a rainmaker and trusted brand ambassador.
• Develop and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships within the European UHNW ecosystem.
• Define and execute a targeted European growth strategy, prioritising high‑value markets and client segments.
• Ensure a consistent ultra‑premium client experience aligned with brand positioning.
• Collaborate with global leadership on key accounts, targets and commercial priorities.
• Lead and inspire a small team of senior sales professionals while remaining hands‑on in revenue generation.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in high‑end business development or sales with a proven hunter track record.
• Demonstrated ability to access and convert UHNW and traditional wealth clientele across Europe and internationally.
• Strong, active network within family offices, private banking, luxury and wealth management circles.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and the capacity to operate with the highest level of discretion.
