Client Service Specialist – Private Banking (Geneva)

About the role

The Private Banking Client Service Specialist is the primary point of contact for all service‑related needs of private banking clients in Geneva. Working closely with bankers, product specialists, mid‑office and operations teams, the role ensures a seamless, integrated experience across the full range of private banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, confidential service to private banking clients.
• Execute cash movements, monitor overdrafts and balances, process foreign‑exchange transactions, and manage loan and deposit fixings.
• Handle corporate actions, account opening/closing, and address changes.
• Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately and within established deadlines.
• Research, follow up, and resolve client issues by coordinating with bankers, product specialists, and operations.
• Identify potential fraud, errors, or losses and ensure prompt resolution.
• Spot cross‑sell opportunities and escalate to bankers and product partners.
• Verify and maintain data quality for client hierarchy and account alignment.
• Participate in special projects assigned by the Team Manager.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑management, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
• Solid understanding of deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment‑management, mutual‑fund and credit products.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies and procedures.
• Effective judgement, problem‑solving and client‑relationship skills.
• Business degree or equivalent financial qualifications.
• Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or banking.
