Client Services Project Manager Europe-CIS

About the role

The Client Services Project Manager Europe-CIS acts as the primary regional bridge between boutiques, Richemont service platforms and the Maison’s International Client Services teams. Reporting to the Retail Excellence Director, the role combines project management, service culture leadership and operational coordination to drive client‑first initiatives across the Europe‑CIS region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional client services project agenda, adapting the international roadmap to local priorities and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Lead the development and rollout of new service tools, journeys and campaigns that elevate the client experience.
• Deploy service‑culture initiatives, fostering a client‑first mindset beyond mere process compliance.
• Support network evolution, including boutique openings, by embedding service standards and culture.
• Serve as the regional services referent, providing expert guidance on complex situations and ensuring continuity with Richemont platforms and repair workshops.
• Coordinate with the Regional Operations CS manager to challenge and improve service quality on technical and experiential grounds.

Required profile

• Solid retail and business acumen with a strong service‑culture orientation.
• Proven project‑management experience delivering projects on time and to high standards.
• Initiative, ownership and commitment in daily responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and training abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
