Co‑Founder Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a Co‑Founder to lead Sales & Business Development for our digital industrial backbone. You will be the public face of our vision, selling a transformational solution that modernises Swiss manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire flagship customers in Swiss industrial clusters such as medical technology, mechanical engineering and watchmaking.
• Build strategic alliances with system integrators, ERP providers and industry associations.
• Design and implement sales playbooks, from cold outreach to closing complex enterprise deals.
• Establish the sales organisation from the ground up and drive growth across Switzerland and internationally.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling complex B2B software (SaaS, ERP, PLM or IIoT).
• Deep understanding of Swiss “Hidden Champions” and related terminology (MDR, traceability, CNC connectivity, BOM logic).
• Strong network within Swiss industrial sectors (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient and solution‑focused.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a strong advantage.
