Community Specialist – Cybersecurity Centre

About the role

The World Economic Forum is seeking a Community Specialist to lead the partner ecosystem for its Centre for Cybersecurity. You will act as the primary liaison between the Centre and its public, private, and civil‑society partners, ensuring active participation in initiatives, events, and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day partner portfolio, maintaining engagement plans, trackers and contact records.
• Connect partners to relevant Centre activities such as initiatives, the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity, the global Cybersecurity Outlook report and the CISO Community.
• Track commitments, engagement and opportunities, prioritising outreach and re‑engagement where needed.
• Schedule regular feedback sessions to gauge partner satisfaction and identify areas of interest.
• Drive the invitation and bilateral meeting processes for the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity.
• Identify and prospect new organisations, building a pipeline of potential partners.
• Collaborate with internal business engagement, regional teams and other stakeholders to support partner acquisition.
• Prepare briefing materials, coordinate outreach activities and monitor partner engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in managing partner or stakeholder ecosystems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to maintain structured engagement plans and data trackers.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑party events and meetings.
• Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and external partner interaction.
