Community Specialist – Cybersecurity Centre

About the role

The Centre for Cybersecurity is looking for a Community Specialist to manage and grow its partner ecosystem. You will act as the main liaison between public, private and civil‑society stakeholders and the Centre’s initiatives, ensuring active and productive collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and activate the partner portfolio, using structured engagement plans, trackers and contact records.
• Connect partners to relevant Centre activities such as initiatives, communities, events and the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity.
• Track commitments, engagement levels and opportunities, prioritising outreach and re‑engagement where needed.
• Schedule regular feedback sessions to gauge partner satisfaction and identify areas of interest.
• Drive the invitation and attendance process for the Annual Meeting, curating a compelling partner roster.
• Coordinate bilateral meetings with partners during key events.
• Identify and prospect new organisations to expand the partner base.
• Collaborate with internal business, regional and stakeholder teams to support partner acquisition.
• Prepare briefing materials and coordinate outreach activities.
• Monitor and analyse partner engagement data, producing regular snapshots and flagging partners that require attention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing stakeholder or partner relationships, preferably in a public‑private or cybersecurity context.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple engagement plans simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse partners and internal teams.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader Centre objectives.
