Compliance Officer – Financial Services (Bern, 2‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support our financial‑services client in Bern. This short‑term, 2‑month assignment offers a flexible 50‑80% utilization, combining one day per week on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess compliance and financial market risks.
• Collaborate directly with Front Office and other internal stakeholders.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of third‑party risk exposure.
• Contribute to pragmatic and efficient risk‑mitigation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in risk management or compliance.
• Solid understanding of financial regulation and practical experience applying it.
• Fluent German language skills.
