Concierge – Seasonal Full‑Time Position in St. Moritz

About the role

Join Kempinski’s historic luxury hotel in St. Moritz as a seasonal Concierge for the winter 2026/2027 season. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑cared for from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Offer tailored recommendations for dining, activities, transportation, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill special requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, local events, and seasonal offerings.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries using the OPERA system when required.

Required profile

• Completed specialist training and initial professional experience in a similar concierge or guest‑services role.
• Strong attention to detail, high quality awareness, and a structured, organized work style.
• Representative appearance and a genuine interest in teamwork.
• Fluent German and English; Italian or additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driving licence (class B) for guest transportation needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the OPERA property‑management system (advantageous).
