Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Content Manager to lead a multidisciplinary content organization in Switzerland. The role combines creative vision with operational discipline, ensuring that content, social media, design, and CMS activities deliver high‑quality outputs aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Content department, aligning priorities with overall business strategy.
• Define and enforce KPIs, goals, and accountability frameworks for individuals and the team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining visibility over workloads, priorities, and delivery timelines across multiple creative streams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
• Drive people‑management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, development plans, and career progression.
• Support hiring, onboarding, team adjustments, and off‑boarding as needed.
• Represent the Content team in cross‑functional planning and decision‑making.
• Monitor performance data and feedback to continuously refine processes and output quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in team leadership, people management, or department management.
• Background in content, marketing, social media, design, or other creative‑driven environments.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience leading performance‑management processes.
• Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
