About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator for the Event Booking Center (EBC) to join a small team of three at the heart of our commercial strategy. As the first point of contact for MICE clients, you will analyse requests, structure proposals, advise customers and convert enquiries into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify incoming requests and create personalised commercial proposals.
• Organise and conduct client site visits, ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the events team.
• Maintain active follow‑up and strategic reminders to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Participate in sales‑strategy meetings, negotiate and finalise contracts, and monitor the first payment.
• Manage calls in both French and English, develop the client portfolio and contribute to new projects and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a clear sense of priorities.
• Result‑oriented, detail‑focused and passionate about personalised client experiences.
• Excellent professional presentation and team spirit.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Hospitality or business school education with experience in hotel or commercial environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
• Experience using a Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
