Corporate Communications & Media Relations Manager

About the role

This full‑time remote position combines the responsibilities of a Corporate Communications Manager, Media Relations Specialist and PR Coordinator. You will shape and execute communication strategies that protect and enhance the organisation’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and distribute press releases, key messages, talking points and executive communications.
• Coordinate approval processes and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage media outreach, respond to inquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and industry outlets.
• Monitor media coverage, identify opportunities and risks, and support crisis communications.
• Prepare briefing materials and manage content for internal and external communication platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align communications with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong press‑release and media‑content writing and editing skills.
• Proven experience in corporate and strategic communications, including messaging frameworks and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated media‑relations expertise, including story pitching and journalist relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal English with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in corporate, agency or HR‑focused organisations is a plus.
