About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will originate, structure, and close distribution-focused partnerships that generate scalable sales of Insignia’s premium payment cards. The role focuses on building a pipeline of private banks, family offices, wealth platforms and other premium ecosystems, and on negotiating both full‑distribution and introducer partnership models to meet ambitious commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect target institutions, secure senior meetings and maintain outreach cadence.
  • Lead executive engagement with C‑level and senior stakeholders, tailoring the value proposition.
  • Design partnership models (distribution‑first or introducer) defining client flow, positioning and success metrics.
  • Drive the end‑to‑end corporate sales process: discovery, qualification, alignment, negotiation and closure.
  • Coordinate MOU and contract progression with Legal/Compliance and align internal stakeholders to reach signature.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure launch readiness, enablement assets and governance cadence.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy, forecast discipline and provide leadership‑ready reporting on stages, risks and close dates.

Required profile

  • Proven track record in corporate sales or business development within private banking, wealth management, family office services, payments or related premium ecosystems.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior corporate stakeholders (C‑level, Heads of Private Banking/Client Advisory).
  • Strong understanding of private bank and family office operating models, stakeholder roles and governance decision paths.
  • Working familiarity with payment cards (charge, credit, prepaid), settlement cycles, onboarding processes and client experience drivers.
  • Experience managing complex deals through negotiation, MOU alignment and agreement signature with legal and marketing teams.
  • Fluent in English and French.
