Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, people‑focused professional to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost employee capabilities and drive organizational performance. You will partner with managers and teams to identify development needs, create learning solutions, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging workshops, classroom, virtual and blended learning sessions.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend targeted development solutions.
• Create training materials, e‑learning modules, guides, presentations and other learning resources.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to improve performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department leaders to build learning pathways, competency frameworks and career development plans.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain training records, reports and LMS documentation.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative learning technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and communication abilities.
• Experience in corporate training, learning & development or performance coaching.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess learning outcomes and measure impact.
