Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Trainer, Learning Specialist, and Performance Coach to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that boost employee capabilities and drive organizational performance. You will partner with leaders and managers to identify development needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives for all employee levels.
• Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations to pinpoint skill gaps.
• Create learning materials, e‑learning modules, presentations, guides, and other training resources.
• Deliver onboarding, leadership development, professional skills, and employee development programs.
• Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to improve performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Manage LMS, training records, reports, and learning analytics.
• Research and implement innovative learning technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in corporate training, learning & development, talent development, or performance coaching.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, organizational, and project‑management capabilities.
• Passion for employee development and organizational effectiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using e‑learning platforms and digital learning tools.
