Creative Producer – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead high‑impact ad creative production for a fast‑growing mobile app. Based in Switzerland, you will work at the intersection of performance marketing, storytelling and scalable content creation, turning data‑driven insights into visual concepts that drive user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative production for static and video ads across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid channels.
• Define creative direction together with user‑acquisition managers, creative strategists and AI‑driven teams.
• Manage and mentor a team of motion and graphic designers, ensuring high‑volume, high‑quality output within sprint‑based workflows.
• Oversee production pipelines, coordinating briefs, feedback loops, timelines and quality control for multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Design, implement and evaluate creative testing strategies, iterating based on ROAS and engagement metrics.
• Continuously improve creative operations, scaling experimentation frameworks and optimizing workflows for rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with marketing, UA and platform partners to tailor creatives to channel‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, preferably in performance marketing or mobile apps.
• 2+ years of experience leading creative teams and scaling output while maintaining performance standards.
• Strong understanding of paid‑media ecosystems and best‑practice formats.
• Hands‑on background in motion design or video creation is highly valued.
