Customer Relationship Centers Project Manager

About the role

As a Customer Relationship Centers Project Manager, you will act as the key bridge between the Maison, the Customer Relationship Centers (CRC) and the Integration Teams. Reporting to the CRC Manager, you will lead the global rollout of strategic digital tools that enhance client experiences across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Maison, CRCs and Integration Teams.
• Drive the worldwide deployment of new CRC systems and digital platforms.
• Own the systems roadmap, ensuring seamless roll‑out and supporting teams through operational changes.
• Manage technical and business requirements to optimise the client journey, including data‑analytics oversight and improvement proposals.
• Coordinate training and alignment for system users and ambassadors on all new initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in project execution with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing diverse systems and digital platforms.
• Proactive, change‑management oriented with excellent communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent in English.
