About the role
We are looking for a remote Customer Service Operations specialist to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your real‑world customer service knowledge will guide AI models to understand, reason, and respond accurately in real‑life scenarios.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert insights to improve AI‑powered customer service solutions.
- Review and analyse customer service scenarios, delivering detailed, actionable feedback for model training.
- Document findings using Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaborate with the customer‑service team to ensure data accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
- Participate in feedback sessions and help calibrate annotation standards.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in customer service operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and maintain high accountability.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and openness to feedback.
