About the role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for users of a global digital platform serving hundreds of millions worldwide. The role is fully remote, operates across time zones, and focuses on retaining customers by understanding their needs and guiding them through the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries across digital channels.
- Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and positive user experience.
- Guide users through platform features, address concerns, and offer clear solutions to complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and platform usage.
- Handle high volumes of requests while maintaining empathy and attention to detail.
- Adapt communication style to diverse user profiles and cultural contexts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and service quality.
Required profile
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Japanese, Chinese) are a strong advantage.
- Experience in customer support or success, preferably in an international or digital‑first environment.
- High emotional intelligence and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage high request volumes, and maintain service quality.
- Adaptable, quick learner comfortable in fast‑changing environments.
- Proactive “can‑do” attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
