About the role
Join SAP’s Customer Success Academy and become a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who guides customers through their digital transformation journey. You will work in a hybrid setting in Switzerland, completing a 10‑month learn‑apply program that blends classroom training with hands‑on field experience.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a 10‑month structured program that includes classroom and field phases.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned solution portfolios.
- Oversee key customer milestones from deal signature to implementation and business case achievement.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references and upsell opportunities for SAP Cloud products.
- Leverage cross‑functional SAP resources to maintain overall customer health.
- Collaborate with senior CSM mentors and receive ongoing coaching.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience supporting customers, preferably in consulting or account management.
- Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and resolve escalations.
- Strong collaborative mindset for internal and external relationships.
