About the role
August is seeking a Sales Director to lead its up‑market expansion in Switzerland. Based in Zurich and working remotely, you will own the end‑to‑end sales journey for high‑value holiday‑home investors, turning warm introductions into committed owners.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with prospective high‑net‑worth homeowners.
- Guide prospects through immersive property previews, private dinners and curated site visits.
- Manage a personal pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring disciplined follow‑up over multi‑month cycles.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and the commercial team to align with market strategy.
- Achieve a target of approximately 40 conversions per year, each involving share values from €720 k up to €1.5 m.
Required profile
- Proven experience in relationship‑focused, consultative sales at senior level.
- Track record of selling high‑value real‑estate or luxury assets to affluent clients.
- Ability to operate independently without direct reports, navigating long sales cycles with patience and conviction.
- Strong commercial acumen and fluency in the European holiday‑home market.
