Data & AI Client Partner – Financial Sector

About the role

Unit8 is seeking a Data & AI Client Partner for its Zurich office to drive growth in the financial sector. You will act as the strategic face of the company, translating Unit8’s AI and data analytics capabilities into business value for Swiss enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, meeting an annual quota.
• Execute and refine Unit8’s go‑to‑market strategy for Swiss customers, targeting high‑impact projects.
• Consult prospects on Data & AI challenges and propose tailored solutions, including generative AI.
• Represent Unit8 at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term customer success.

Required profile

• Dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of the financial services landscape in Switzerland.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge sales and technical delivery.
• Passion for AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
