Front Office Business Management Consultant (60%)

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Business Management Consultant to support the implementation of the NOGA 2008 → NOGA 2025 project. Working 60% of a full-time schedule, you will ensure a smooth, business‑aligned transition of client‑facing processes and data.

Key responsibilities

• Support front‑office and business‑management aspects of the NOGA implementation.
• Coordinate data clean‑up activities and guarantee data quality throughout the transition.
• Translate data and classification requirements into concrete business rules and processes.
• Perform impact analyses related to classification and process changes.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination across cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain clear communication with business stakeholders during the implementation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of front‑office processes such as onboarding, CRM, and client data management.
• Proven experience converting data and classification requirements into business rules.
• Experience conducting impact analysis and managing cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
