Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

Our client, an international B2B software provider, is looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to create and adapt marketing materials for the telecoms and utilities sectors across EMEA. The role is remote‑based with a preference for candidates located in or near Bern.

Key responsibilities

• Transform technical information, customer insights and campaign briefs into clear, accurate content for telecom and utilities audiences.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, implementation teams and other subject‑matter experts to produce customer stories, case studies, ebooks, blogs, emails, landing pages and presentation decks.
• Prepare and format proposals, RFP responses and other customer‑facing documents.
• Support multi‑channel B2B campaigns, selecting appropriate content formats and distribution channels.
• Use HubSpot, Salesforce and related tools to launch campaigns, track leads, pipeline and performance metrics.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse results and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Assist with regional events and trade shows, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, preferably in software, SaaS or a technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the telecoms and/or utilities sectors.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer‑focused content.
• Proven track record of creating case studies, proposals, blogs, emails and other campaign assets.
