Graduate Programme – Group Communications

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for recent graduates to join its Group Communications team as part of an 18‑month graduate programme. The role offers hands‑on experience in corporate communications, internal and external content creation, and exposure to senior leadership, including the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit impactful content for internal colleagues and external audiences such as clients, investors and media.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency in communications.
• Support team projects aimed at continuously improving messaging and delivery.
• Help embed an international mindset across all communications activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (max 12 months) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in journalism, communications or business administration and above‑average grades.
• Strong writing abilities and initial practical experience in a corporate environment.
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth.
• Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong appetite for learning.
• Fluency in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the country of application.
