Demand Generation Specialist – Multi‑Channel Lead Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate high‑quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth. The role works closely with sales, product, content and analytics teams to align demand programs with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise demand generation strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns, including ABM, SEO, SEM, email, social, paid ads and events.
• Manage lead‑generation funnels, nurture programmes and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, build attribution models and provide actionable insights to improve MQL and SQL rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging, targeting and budget.
• Oversee marketing automation tools, predictive lead scoring and AI‑driven campaign optimisation.
• Report on key metrics, pipeline velocity and return on marketing investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand generation, growth or performance marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound marketing, ABM, SEO/SEM and conversion optimisation.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategy.
