Deputy Qualified Person (QP) – Sterile Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Qualified Person to support batch certification and release in a specialized pharmaceutical CDMO located in French‑speaking Switzerland. This hands‑on position works closely with sterile manufacturing operations and the Quality team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the QP in batch certification and release, including batch record review and GMP documentation approval.
• Manage deviations, investigations, CAPAs and Change Controls, ensuring GMP compliance.
• Provide senior QA support to sterile/aseptic manufacturing, assist with inspections, audits and continuous improvement on the shop‑floor.

Required profile

• Several years of operational QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with recent sterile/aseptic experience.
• Proven experience in batch review, disposition or release and strong knowledge of deviations, CAPA and Change Control processes.
• Fluent French and good professional English.
