DevOps Engineer - IAM Experience

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise to join our hybrid team in Geneva. You will design, deploy, and maintain IAM platforms across cloud and on‑premise environments while collaborating closely with security, infrastructure, and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate IAM solutions in both cloud (Azure, AWS) and hybrid settings.
• Automate integration, deployment, and identity/access management processes using DevOps tooling.
• Work with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure compliance and robust access controls.
• Define and enforce security, audit, and access‑management policies.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve IAM‑related incidents and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging IAM and DevOps technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Significant experience in DevOps engineering with deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in software craftsmanship, programming, and API design.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or Amazon Web Services) and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Ability to debug across application and infrastructure layers.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and platform components.
• Team‑oriented, autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable working in an agile environment.
