Digital Marketing Manager – E‑commerce & Amazon Focus

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead MGI Luxury Group’s e‑commerce and digital marketing initiatives from our Bienne hub. Focusing on Amazon EU and selected Middle‑East marketplaces, the role combines strategic planning, budget ownership and performance analysis to boost brand presence and online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies aligned with brand and commercial goals across Europe and the Middle East.
• Own the annual digital marketing and e‑commerce budget, planning allocation, phasing and in‑year optimisation.
• Serve as the primary contact for Amazon advertising stakeholders, managing relationships, joint‑business discussions and campaign planning.
• Collaborate with internal brand, product and regional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and execution.
• Plan, launch and monitor digital campaigns on key retail platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand expression.
• Coordinate digital content and marketplace activations that support product launches and commercial moments.
• Integrate paid and organic initiatives to maximise visibility, engagement and sales.
• Oversee e‑commerce marketplace presence, including product merchandising and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce, preferably within luxury or fashion sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and optimise spend based on performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with platform partners such as Amazon.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating retail performance into strategic decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills across brand, product and regional functions.
