Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Management

About the role

This strategic leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing global talent acquisition and talent management strategies for a mission‑driven organization. The role reports directly to executive leadership and operates in a fully remote environment, influencing workforce planning, recruitment excellence, and employee development worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational values and objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple regions, ensuring an efficient candidate experience.
• Define recruitment roles, responsibilities, and best practices; train hiring managers and HR teams.
• Manage recruitment for key and executive‑level positions, delivering high‑quality talent solutions.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition tools, methodologies, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, compensation structures, benefits benchmarking, succession planning, and high‑potential talent programs.
• Evaluate and enhance performance management frameworks and learning & development initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to create HR analytics dashboards and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change‑management efforts for new talent programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in global talent acquisition and talent management, preferably at a senior leadership level.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, and performance management.
