Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation

About the role

PwC Switzerland is seeking a Director to lead its global delivery team in cybersecurity technology and transformation. You will work with clients across manufacturing, pharma and industrial products, helping them navigate AI adoption and complex cyber‑security challenges from strategy through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client engagements and lead multidisciplinary PwC teams as a trusted advisor.
• Identify market gaps and develop value propositions to grow the cyber business.
• Lead workshops to uncover AI use cases, align solutions with business challenges and drive digitisation.
• Anticipate and mitigate AI implementation risks, including data privacy, security and model performance.
• Scale efficiencies and introduce new ways of working across multiple projects.
• Continuously expand knowledge of best practices in technology, data engineering, analytics and consulting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI, computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience with artificial‑intelligence technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, advanced statistics, modelling and generative AI.
• Proven track record in AI leadership and delivery of impactful solutions.
• Go‑to‑market experience in the Swiss market is mandatory.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
