About the role
PWC is seeking a Director to lead its International Private Client & Family Office Tax practice for the Romandie and Turkish Tax Desk. The role involves shaping client engagements, mentoring teams and upholding PwC’s reputation for quality and integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on international tax planning, compliance and structuring for multinational clients.
- Develop thought‑leadership, new tax solutions and market opportunities.
- Drive technology adoption and collaborative work across the PwC network.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in international tax, corporate tax planning and family office services.
- Proven leadership ability to inspire teams and mentor future leaders.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
