Director, Talent Partner, Operations

About the role

The Director, Talent Partner, Operations is a senior strategic HR leader responsible for designing and executing talent strategies that align with business objectives across Operations, Plasma, Commercial, Enabling Functions, R&D and related units. Reporting to the senior HR Business Partner lead, this role acts as the primary talent advisor to senior leadership, ensuring workforce, leadership and culture priorities drive performance, transformation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior talent advisor to business leaders, translating strategy and capability needs into actionable talent plans.
• Shape organizational design, leadership composition and workforce strategy to support growth and operational excellence.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and internal mobility processes in partnership with Centres of Excellence.
• Utilize talent dashboards and analytics to monitor pipeline health and develop corrective actions.
• Conduct workforce skills assessments, develop capability‑building strategies and address talent gaps.
• Champion employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion and wellbeing across geographies.
• Collaborate with other Talent Partners and HR functions to ensure a consistent, integrated talent approach globally.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior HR business partnering or talent management roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic talent initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, succession planning and organizational design.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience using talent data to inform decisions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional collaboration across global teams.
