Distribution and Partnerships Lead, Wealth Management

About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Leader for Wealth Management, this candidate will have a key role in driving assets under management and revenue growth across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships, generate leads and support pipeline management across Europe with Wealth Managers and other Financial Intermediaries.
• Lead the commercial sale by working with internal resources and stakeholders to maximise opportunities across public and private markets.
• Expand relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
• Raise awareness and generate opportunities for Mercer’s investment capabilities within the Wealth Management space through external events.
• Collaborate across the Marsh McLennan organisation, representing the investments business with Marsh Risk and Oliver Wyman.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects and business‑development activities as required.

Required profile

• Experience leading relationships and sales with Private Banks or Wealth Managers.
• Thorough understanding of the institutional investment landscape and investment solutions.
• Strong knowledge of both public and private markets.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple jurisdictions and influence internally and externally.
• Highly disciplined, proactive and results‑driven.
• Degree educated; industry qualifications such as IMC or CFA are advantageous.
