Distribution Change & Adoption Lead (12‑month fixed‑term)

About the role

Join the Distribution Enablement team to drive AI‑enabled ways of working for sales and marketing across Pictet Asset Management. You will champion adoption of new tools, insights and processes, ensuring measurable business benefits while supporting teams in Geneva and London.

Key responsibilities

• Champion AI‑enabled workflows, helping teams adopt new capabilities and best practices.
• Plan and deliver communications to sales and marketing, explaining changes, expectations and support channels.
• Act as a bridge between local markets, users and central delivery teams, gathering feedback and resolving day‑to‑day issues.
• Design and deliver training, coaching and adoption programmes, building a network of champions.
• Define and scale commercial practices around opportunity management, client intelligence and AI‑enabled selling, measuring adoption and outcomes.

Required profile

• Over 7 years’ experience in change, sales enablement, transformation, training or adoption roles, preferably in Asset Management, Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Proven track record leading adoption of new tools and processes across geographically dispersed sales or client‑facing teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills for diverse audiences.
• Credibility with sales and marketing teams and ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Comfortable working with CRM, data and AI workflows and quick to learn new capabilities.
