Emerging Talent Specialist (12‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

The Emerging Talent Specialist will design and deliver high‑quality programmes for graduates, interns, placement students and apprentices, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience throughout the talent lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute attraction plans, drive diverse sourcing strategies and represent the brand at career fairs and university events.
• Manage relationships with universities, suppliers and assessment partners, overseeing performance, SLAs and renewal recommendations.
• Own requisitions, design assessment processes, brief interviewers and ensure bias‑free evaluation.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding journeys, develop keep‑warm strategies and support manager capability for talent development.
• Serve as main contact for programme collaborators, advise on hiring guidelines and contribute to KPI tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience managing high‑volume recruitment and large‑scale programmes, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong collaborator management, communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Data‑driven decision‑making, forward‑thinking mindset and agility in a fast‑paced environment.
